This project consisted of developing 10 town homes and converting an existing historic house into an office. The total livable area of this project is 19,652 sq. ft. with 5,388 sq. ft. of garages. The office area is 3,594 sq. ft. The town homes are 3-story masonry structures with wood floors and roof.
