Originally designed in 1972, this mall is conveniently located west of the I-17 between Dunlap and Peoria Avenues. The 1.4 million-square-foot+ center boasts an array of stores and eateries including four department stores – Dillard’s, Robinsons-May, Sears, and JC Penney, a 12-screen Harkins Theatre, one sit-down restaurant, a terrific food court, and more than 190 specialty retailers. When the owner wanted to remodel he came back to us for a major exterior and interior remodel that was designed in 2005/2006.
