Estrella Falls

The outdoor venue consists of 15 buildings of which 11 are single story and 4 are two story structures. The two story structures have a retail on ground level and office space above. Total square footage is roughly 550,000 sq. ft.

The project was extensively value engineered to obtain the optimum structure for what the owner was trying to achieve, and provide maximum flexibility for retail tenants.
